If i toggle the visibility of a floating window with i3run and switch to a new workspace. When toggling the same window it brings the window to the last workspace and switches to it. There is something wrong with identifying workspaces with no windows on it.

I have a feeling this can be the source of many other issues not discovered yet, therefore. Highest priority.
